Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years bartending experience in a high volume, craft cocktail setting
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and craft cocktails preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work full-time
- Personable demeanor and friendly personality

Job Duties
- Mindfully serve alcoholic beverages with a keen sense of judgement
- Establish consistent communication with FOH, BOH, the beverage team, and management
- Provide attentive service while anticipating needs
- Maintain bar cleanliness and organization
- Build and maintain good rapport with regular customers
- Offer menu insight and recommendations when appropriate
