Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong knowledge of drink mixing and menu items
- Ability to work well in a team
- Customer service oriented
- Basic math skills for handling cash and POS systems
Job Duties
- Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of our items
- Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations
- Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
- Assisting in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
