Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of bartending or food and beverage experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds and bending
- Must comply with company policies and maintain professional appearance
- Non-management position

Job Qualifications

- At least 1 year of related work experience in bartending or food and beverage service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage trends
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks to guests according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Engage with guests to offer personalized, memorable experiences
- Monitor and manage cash and transactions accurately
- Stay informed about new drink trends and local beverage offerings
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure excellent guest service
- Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies
