Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior bartending experience
  • solid knowledge of alcoholic beverages
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to maintain a polished, professional appearance
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • basic math skills for handling cash and transactions

Job Qualifications

  • Prior bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
  • solid knowledge of liquor, beer and wine
  • approachable and outgoing with excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a team setting
  • experience in a high-end club or resort is a plus
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • knowledge of mixology and beverage pairings

Job Duties

  • Welcome and greet members and guests
  • learn and remember regulars by name, preference and needs
  • create, prepare and serve drinks to members and guests at the bar and in the restaurant
  • maintain a high-level dining experience with the mindset that we are a family serving family
  • utilize name recognition and personalized service to create raving fans
  • communicate and answer questions regarding restaurant and club events professionally
  • follow all alcoholic beverage laws, policies, and regulations
