Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending experience
- solid knowledge of alcoholic beverages
- ability to stand for long periods
- must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain a polished, professional appearance
- excellent interpersonal skills
- basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
- solid knowledge of liquor, beer and wine
- approachable and outgoing with excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a team setting
- experience in a high-end club or resort is a plus
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- knowledge of mixology and beverage pairings
Job Duties
- Welcome and greet members and guests
- learn and remember regulars by name, preference and needs
- create, prepare and serve drinks to members and guests at the bar and in the restaurant
- maintain a high-level dining experience with the mindset that we are a family serving family
- utilize name recognition and personalized service to create raving fans
- communicate and answer questions regarding restaurant and club events professionally
- follow all alcoholic beverage laws, policies, and regulations
