Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of bartending experience preferred
- valid Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit if required by local laws
- knowledge of drink recipes and wine merchandising specials
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- fluent in English
- must meet minimum legal age requirement
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- prefer 1 year of bartending experience
- hold a Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology
- meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- craft and serve diverse beverages
- deliver outstanding customer service
- interact warmly with guests to create memorable experiences
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- demonstrate knowledge of drink recipes and current beverage trends
- adhere to all Food and Beverage Service regulations and safety standards
- assist in training new bar staff as needed
