Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages cocktails and drink-making techniques
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a busy bar with the utmost professionalism
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere
- TIPS certificate or must be completed within the first 90 days of employment
- Food handling certification must be completed within the first 90 days of employment
- Ability to perform proper chemical handling cleaning techniques and use of equipment and machinery
- Must be physically fit to lift pull and push items up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand walk reach and bend throughout shift

Job Duties
- Prepare a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails beers wines and specialty drinks with precision and creativity
- Engage with guests enthusiastically taking drink orders suggesting popular concoctions and catering to individual preferences and tastes
- Ensure that all drinks are served with flair and attention to detail garnished and decorated to perfection
- Promote signature cocktails special drinks and promotions to increase sales and enhance the overall guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area restocking supplies and ensuring that all tools and equipment are readily available
- Accurately handle cash transactions and process credit card payments providing efficient and accurate check-out experiences for guests
- Comply with all alcohol-serving regulations and ensure responsible alcohol consumption monitoring guest behavior and intervening when necessary to maintain a safe environment
- Keep track of bar inventory levels notify management when supplies are running low and assist with restocking orders
- Work closely with other bartenders servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and a positive work environment
- Contribute to the planning and execution of special drink menus or themed promotions for game days and events
- Stay updated on industry trends new drink recipes and mixology techniques to continually improve your skills and creativity
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by management
