Job Requirements
- Minimum age 21
- Must possess effective communication skills
- Eligible to obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration
- Experience in cash handling
- Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages and drink recipes
- Ability to maintain bar inventory without overages or shortages
- Compliance with company and health department policies
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials and after dinner drinks
- Experience in cash handling
- Understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments
- Familiarity with soda, juice and liquor guns
- Possess required work cards and Gaming Registration as applicable
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with company and health department standards
- Process transactions using the companys P.O.S. system and handle cash accurately
- Maintain the bar fully stocked with no product overages or shortages
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to enhance service quality
- Ensure knowledge and proper use of various alcohol classes, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and beverage dispensing equipment
- Monitor inventory and report any discrepancies to management
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
