Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- working knowledge of the characteristics of wine, beer and spirits
- knowledge of beverage products and cocktail recipes
- knowledge of liquor laws
- ability to assist customers in choosing menu and bar selections
- ability to deal tactfully and courteously with the public
- ability to follow instructions
- ability to do simple calculations
- ability to prepare event sheets timely
- ability to operate computerized cash register accurately
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- proficiency in cash and credit card handling
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Takes, prepares, and serves orders for beverages
- advises customers regarding menu items
- occasionally serves food to and assists patrons at catered events
- politely answers customers' questions regarding the organization
- makes coffee and other beverages
- performs some record-keeping for inventory, tax and timecard purposes
