Job Requirements
- Must have 1-2 years of related experience or training
- Possess a valid CA RBS certification
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Knowledge of California liquor laws and regulations
- Previous experience in customer service and cash handling
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
- Ability to walk up and down stairs

Job Duties
- Ensure the highest level of customer service
- Work closely with the Front of House team to ensure a smooth experience for patrons
- Manage setup, sales flow and breakdown of the bar for each performance through intermission
- Greet guests, check identification to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol and take beverage and snack orders using a POS system
- Create and serve mixed drinks in a timely manner
- Maintain efficiency and a calm demeanor while managing a high volume of orders
- Cash handling and the ability to collect and process payment accurately
- Ensure that the bar area is fully equipped with supplies and products needed for sales, prepare inventory and communicate inventory requests in a timely manner to supervisors
- Maintain an organized and clean working area
- Attend periodic Front of House meetings
