Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum 2 years of serving or bartending experience
- good sense of judgment and integrity
- ability to read, speak and write basic English
- good interpersonal verbal communication skills
- sales skills preferred
- multitasking and organizational skills
- ability to act independently with minimal supervision
- communicate customer needs and solve minor problems
- basic computational ability
- basic computer skills using POS system
- ability to stand, sit, walk, climb, bend, crouch, stoop, twist and reach for extended periods
- stand and walk up to 8 hours per day
- high energy and physical stamina
- lift up to 30 lbs above eye level and balance a food tray
- lift up to 40 lbs intermittently
- maintain neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests with hospitality and maintain guest relations
- prepare drinks accurately and quickly for bar and dining guests
- serve food and beverages professionally following table service guidelines
- perform shift duties including setup, stock work, product prep and cleanup
- keep the bar neat, clean and organized during shifts
- display professional attitude, demeanor and cooperation with guests, peers and management
