Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or relevant hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to learn and remember drink recipes and beverage details
- Strong cash handling and math skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to complete required liquor liability training

- Ability to work in high pressure and fast-paced situations
- Experience working varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
- Team-oriented approach and passion for guest service
Job Duties
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies, including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
- Be completely familiar with all kinds of liquor, recipes, prices of drinks, proper glassware, and garnishes
- Know drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available
- Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including proper discounting, MICROS system usage, bank procedures, and tip policies
- Accurately charge guests for drinks and manage intake of all monies
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly while maintaining positive guest relations
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction in each interaction
- Complete formal training on liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
