Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Eligibility to obtain required work cards and Gaming Registration
- Knowledge of wines, spirits, beverage service, and drink preparation
- Experience in cash handling
- Familiarity with alcohol classifications, glasses, brand names, and drink recipes
- Competency in using soda, juice, and liquor guns
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement is 21
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration
- Knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials, and after-dinner drinks
- Cash handling experience
- Understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and relevant bar equipment
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with company and health department standards
- Process transactions using the companys P.O.S. system and manage any cash variances
- Maintain the bar fully stocked without product overages or shortages
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Utilize knowledge of wines, spirits, cordials, and after-dinner drinks to provide exceptional service
- Handle cash accurately and responsibly
- Understand and operate soda, juice, and liquor guns efficiently
