Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending experience in a busy restaurant environment
- strong knowledge of drink mixing and garnishing
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to comply with food and beverage safety regulations
- willingness to work flexible shifts
Job Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant setting
- thorough knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- strong understanding of mixology, wine, spirits, and beer
- positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends and holidays, as needed
- bartending certifications
- experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- fluency in Spanish to better serve diverse clientele
- knowledge of traditional Argentine beverages or wines
- a passion for excellent customer service and a love for food and drink
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines according to the restaurant's recipes and standards
- maintain inventory and bar supply levels
- offer superior customer service, creating a welcoming environment for patrons
- assist in creating innovative and interesting beverage options to complement menu
- ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations
