Job Requirements

- Prior bartending experience required
- Ability to work evenings typically between 5 pm and 10 pm
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays
- Ability to move fingers and hands quickly to handle dishes and merchandise
- Must comply with all local state and federal regulations regarding alcohol service

Job Duties
- Mix ingredients such as liquor soda water sugar and bitter to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Serves wine and other draught or bottled beer
- Orders and requisitions liquors and supplies
- Places bottled goods and glasses to make an attractive display
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
- Prepare appetizers such as pickles cheese and cold meats
- Perform in compliance with established company policies and procedures
- Perform in compliance with local state and federal laws and regulations
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations pertaining to the bar area including maximum safe occupancy emergency exit accessibility and smoke-free maintenance
- Recognize in-state and out-of-state drivers licenses and state-issued identification cards
- Support and adhere to the core values the mission statement service fundamentals and guest service philosophy
- Always be in uniform when working on the property including wearing a name identification badge
