Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Must have at least one year of bartending experience or equivalent education
- Must be able to work full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be physically capable of performing job duties including lifting up to 40 pounds
- Must maintain professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must pass any required licensing and training
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Qualifications
- One year bartending experience or degree from an accredited bartender school preferred
- Proven customer service abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of mixing a variety of cocktails
- Extensive product knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine
- Ability to expand beverage knowledge as required by management
- Ability to operate cash register (POS system)
- Ability to work varied hours including holidays and weekends
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, stoop, climb, and stand for long periods
- Positive demeanor and professional appearance
- Ability to learn and be tested on new products and service techniques
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to obtain appropriate licensing
Job Duties
- Mix, prepare, and serve a variety of beverages including liquors, beers, and fine wines
- Communicate and sell beverage options to guests and staff
- Maintain accurate records for cashiering and inventory
- Clean and organize bar equipment, glassware, and service areas
- Take and deliver food orders when needed
- Bus tables and assist in general cleaning
- Perform additional assigned tasks as required
