Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- possess required certifications and licenses according to local regulations
- ability to work standing and walking for extended periods
- capability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- comfortable working in environments with warm temperatures and loud noise
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
Job Qualifications
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- must have all certifications and licenses as required by local health department and alcoholic beverage commission statutes
- ability to enforce company policies and alcohol consumption laws and regulations
Job Duties
- Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies
- prepare fruit and other garnishes
- prepare and serve liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered
- report complaints to manager promptly
- maintain and clean bar area and equipment
- maintain daily inventory and records
- check identification to verify legal drinking age
- assist food servers and hostesses as needed
