Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Compliance with state and local alcohol laws
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights

Job Duties
- Provide libations and customized drink recommendations
- Maintain knowledge of mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards
- Ensure the bar is attractive and hygienic
- Work with speed and accuracy during high volume service
- Collaborate with servers, bar backs, food runners, and culinary staff
- Adhere to state and local alcohol serving guidelines
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations
