Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of bartending experience in a high-end or fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and wine/spirit pairings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Responsible alcohol service certification such as TIPS preferred
- Ability to work in a team and fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant preferred

- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and wine/spirit pairings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle a high-volume environment with a positive attitude and quick thinking
- TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) or similar responsible alcohol service certification preferred
- Experience working in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe standards and guest specifications
- Demonstrate knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Provide exceptional and personalized guest service, engaging with customers to make recommendations, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction with every order
- Adhere to all food and beverage regulations, including responsible alcohol service, health and safety guidelines, and hotel policies
- Assist in tracking and maintaining bar stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment of ingredients, glassware, and other supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area throughout the shift, including workstations, utensils, and bar equipment
- Work seamlessly with bar staff, servers, and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Offer informed recommendations to enhance guest experiences, including upselling premium options and menu pairings
- Accurately manage guest tabs, process payments, and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift
- Assist with private events, themed nights, and other hotel programming requiring bar service
