Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or relevant hospitality experience preferred
- Food handlers and TIPS certificates required
- Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible to work variable days of the week including weekends and holidays
- Must be flexible to work variable shifts including days, nights and overnights
- Must tolerate extreme temperatures such as freezers and loading docks
- Must read, write and speak English fluently

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work quickly without compromising quality
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- Food handlers and TIPS certificates required
- Previous front facing guest service experience required
- Must read, write and speak the English language fluently
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- Greet, welcome, and interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Take orders, prepare drinks according to recipes and serve all food and beverage requests in the bar
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of the food and beverage menu
- Prepare the bar for service by ensuring bar supplies, garnishes, utensils are properly set up in accordance with quality standards
- Inventory unused liquor and beverages and ensure that all liquor is properly secured before, during, and at close of shift
- Adhere to all cash handling and credit card policies and procedures and ensure that all drink orders from servers are accurately rung into the P.O.S. system
- Clean and reset bartop and tables immediately after guests depart
- Complete all closing duties and reports as assigned
- Secure all liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets and storage areas
- Adhere to established safety and sanitation guidelines
- Adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- Perform other duties or projects as requested by management
