Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be able to check IDs accurately
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Must complete required certification plan
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must have a friendly and engaging personality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or bartending preferred
- Ability to complete certification plan
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Passion for craft beer and knowledge of beer styles
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Develop enthusiastically satisfied customers every day
- Check customer IDs of everyone 50 years old and younger and serve 1 pint per customer 100% of the time
- Explain the brewery's history, current community involvement, beer portfolio, FVX beverage portfolio, and short- and long-term vision
- Work anywhere needed in the Beer Garden and Tasting Room including behind the bar, floater, runner, busser, table service, merchandise areas, and curbside/delivery
- Maintain accurate beer menus for customers
- Rotate between working in the Tasting Room and Beer Garden
- Maintain high level of communication verbal and written and respond positively to customers
