Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Current TABC Server Certification required
- Ability to lift or move up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in wet conditions
- Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays and occasional weekdays and/or Sundays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must adhere to safety procedures and company policies
- Must wear company-supplied personal protective equipment as required
- Must report to work on time
- Ability to be flexible with schedule
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions
- Responsible for promoting a safety culture and awareness
- Must adhere to standards for food safety and personnel GMPs
Job Qualifications
- Bartending experience preferred but not required
- Must be 21 years or older
- Current TABC Server Certification required
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of beer culture and cocktail trends is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding, upbeat customer service while serving and selling beer and spirits
- Share accurate, relevant information about our history and all of our offerings
- Assist with restocking kegs, cases, and merchandise
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment at all times
- Follow opening and closing procedures according to SOP
- Handle routine sales, cash and credit card processing, and reconcile daily sales
- Stay up to date on new beers, beer culture and rotating cocktails
- Proactively offer ideas to improve processes and overall customer experience
- Other duties as necessary, including availability for all on-site special events
