- Experience in craft cocktail preparation
- Knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Understanding of bar equipment and sanitation standards
- Desire to learn and speak knowledgeably about beverage offerings
Job Duties
- Provide libations and customized beverage recommendations
- Make coffees, smoothies, and non-alcoholic offerings including mocktails and teas
- Tend guests in the bar area ensuring meaningful and efficient service
- Serve and have full knowledge of bar food menu and Grab & Go offerings
- Bartend at satellite events as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area and manage rotation and stocking of bar inventory
- Adhere to state and local serving guidelines and sanitation standards
