Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year bartender experience in a similar role and size of operation
- Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
- Food Handlers Certification required
- Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift, and carry 50 to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk in confined space for entire shift
- Manual dexterity to use and operate food and beverage equipment
- PM, overnight and weekend shifts required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of Bartending School or Bartending and Mixology Certification preferred
- Minimum 1-year bartender experience in a similar role and size of operation
- Hotel experience preferred
- Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
- Food Handlers Certification required
Job Duties
- Provide guests with exceptional service through genuine engagement and thoughtful attentiveness
- Prepare beverage orders, generate checks, and handle payments efficiently
- Maintain daily organization of the bar, ensuring all products are stocked and accessible
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages
- Reduce spoilage and waste through efficient productivity methods
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of refrigeration, storage, and work areas
- Operate food and beverage equipment with manual dexterity
