Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-year bartender experience in a similar role and size of operation
  • Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
  • Food Handlers Certification required
  • Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift, and carry 50 to 75 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk in confined space for entire shift
  • Manual dexterity to use and operate food and beverage equipment
  • PM, overnight and weekend shifts required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of Bartending School or Bartending and Mixology Certification preferred
  • Minimum 1-year bartender experience in a similar role and size of operation
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
  • Food Handlers Certification required

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with exceptional service through genuine engagement and thoughtful attentiveness
  • Prepare beverage orders, generate checks, and handle payments efficiently
  • Maintain daily organization of the bar, ensuring all products are stocked and accessible
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages
  • Reduce spoilage and waste through efficient productivity methods
  • Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of refrigeration, storage, and work areas
  • Operate food and beverage equipment with manual dexterity
