Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year bartending experience preferred
- food and beverage service worker permit as required by law
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- capacity to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- meet legal age requirement for bartending
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- prefer 1 year of bartending experience
- possess food and beverage service worker permit where applicable
- display knowledge of drink recipes and wine merchandising specials
- demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
- fluent in English
- working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology
- meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- craft and serve diverse beverages including cocktails and wines
- deliver outstanding customer service to guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- engage with guests to create memorable experiences
- stock and replenish bar inventory
- adhere to all food and beverage service regulations
- assist with opening and closing duties of the bar
