Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale environment
- strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail techniques
- ability to engage guests with confidence and warmth
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to comply with safety and sanitation standards
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- legal age to serve alcohol in South Carolina

Job Duties
- Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable hospitality to all bar guests
- craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and precision
- maintain an in-depth knowledge of the beverage program, including spirits, wine, beer, and house cocktails
- engage guests with confidence offering recommendations and sharing insights into the menu
- prepare garnishes, syrups, and other bar components in accordance with recipes and prep standards
- manage bar inventory and restock supplies throughout service
- maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
- monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in accordance with laws and company policies
- collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service
- handle payments accurately and manage tabs using the POS system
- uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols
- represent the brand with professionalism and pride at all times
