Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale environment
  • strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail techniques
  • ability to engage guests with confidence and warmth
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to comply with safety and sanitation standards
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • legal age to serve alcohol in South Carolina

Job Duties

  • Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable hospitality to all bar guests
  • craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and precision
  • maintain an in-depth knowledge of the beverage program, including spirits, wine, beer, and house cocktails
  • engage guests with confidence offering recommendations and sharing insights into the menu
  • prepare garnishes, syrups, and other bar components in accordance with recipes and prep standards
  • manage bar inventory and restock supplies throughout service
  • maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
  • monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in accordance with laws and company policies
  • collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service
  • handle payments accurately and manage tabs using the POS system
  • uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols
  • represent the brand with professionalism and pride at all times
