Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience preferred
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
Job Qualifications

- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
- Knowledge of all bar equipment and micros cash registers
- Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol
- Maintaining interpersonal working relationship among all personnel
- Oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high pressure demands
- Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights
Job Duties
- Prepares drinks correctly at the bar and or VIP lounge for guests
- Assisting with the cleaning of the bar area and assisting with inventory maintenance
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests
- Responsible to perform responsible alcohol service with regards to patron limitations and pass any/all responsible alcohol service training
- Other duties as assigned
