- minimum 6 months of bartending experience preferred
- must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties
- providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for guests and team members
- maintaining a professional appearance at all times
- providing friendly, quick, and professional service to guests and co-workers
- mixing and preparing drink orders according to Hollywood standards and garnishing properly
- accurately operating cash register by ringing in all transactions, accepting payment, and providing change
- requesting stock and checking bar to monitor stock levels
- maintaining cleanliness of bar and station
- following safety rules
- answering questions about Hollywood operations when asked
- preparing bars for the following shift by completing opening and closing duties
- notifying supervisor if a guest appears intoxicated
- notifying management of equipment problems
- attending all staff briefings and meetings
- performing other duties as assigned
