  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 6 months of bartending experience preferred
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • must understand and speak the English language

Job Duties

  • providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for guests and team members
  • maintaining a professional appearance at all times
  • providing friendly, quick, and professional service to guests and co-workers
  • mixing and preparing drink orders according to Hollywood standards and garnishing properly
  • accurately operating cash register by ringing in all transactions, accepting payment, and providing change
  • requesting stock and checking bar to monitor stock levels
  • maintaining cleanliness of bar and station
  • following safety rules
  • answering questions about Hollywood operations when asked
  • preparing bars for the following shift by completing opening and closing duties
  • notifying supervisor if a guest appears intoxicated
  • notifying management of equipment problems
  • attending all staff briefings and meetings
  • performing other duties as assigned
