Job Requirements
- Must have previous bartending experience to be considered
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, push, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes and beverage presentation
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and active listening skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Skillfully mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, beers, wines and specialty drinks while adhering to established recipes and standards
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the drink menu including ingredients, flavor profiles and presentation, make recommendations to customers based on preferences
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, take drink orders, offer suggestions and provide personalized experiences
- Ensure drinks are visually appealing and well-presented using appropriate garnishes and glassware
- Prepare the bar area for service, ensure all necessary tools, ingredients and supplies are available, maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
- Process payment transactions accurately, manage tabs and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Provide entertainment and engage customers to create a lively atmosphere, make guests feel welcomed and valued
