Job Requirements

  • Must have previous bartending experience to be considered
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, push, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes and beverage presentation
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and active listening skills
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
  • Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Skillfully mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, beers, wines and specialty drinks while adhering to established recipes and standards
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the drink menu including ingredients, flavor profiles and presentation, make recommendations to customers based on preferences
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, take drink orders, offer suggestions and provide personalized experiences
  • Ensure drinks are visually appealing and well-presented using appropriate garnishes and glassware
  • Prepare the bar area for service, ensure all necessary tools, ingredients and supplies are available, maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
  • Process payment transactions accurately, manage tabs and handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Provide entertainment and engage customers to create a lively atmosphere, make guests feel welcomed and valued
