  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
  • Experience in a full service bar setting
  • Positive attitude

  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
  • Ability to work well with the food and beverage team
  • Flexibility to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Open and flexible with position and schedule changes

Job Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of bartending experience in a full service bar
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
  • Ability to work well with the food and beverage team
  • Flexibility with position and schedule changes
  • Experience in a country club or resort environment a plus
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and take beverage and food orders promptly
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Present menus
  • Possess knowledge of wine, beer, and liquor
  • Check customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Work scheduled club or banquet events
  • Work both bar locations on occasion
