Job Requirements
- Proven recent experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Experience in a full service bar setting

- Flexibility to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Open and flexible with position and schedule changes

- 2-4 years of bartending experience in a full service bar
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

- Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take beverage and food orders promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes
- Assess customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Present menus
- Possess knowledge of wine, beer, and liquor
- Check customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Work scheduled club or banquet events
- Work both bar locations on occasion
