Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Read, write legibly, understand, and speak English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Count money and change correctly
- Knows cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
- Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, etc
- Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
- Able to work in constricting areas
- Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights
- Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded and noisy environment
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs, and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
Job Qualifications

- Ability to operate Micros POS system
- Understanding of health and safety guidelines in food and beverage service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and crowded environment

- Ability to be physically mobile and respond to visual and oral cues
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepares and pours drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipes
- Communicates well with other team members
- Presents drinks to guests or team members as required
- Provides fast, friendly, professional service to guests using their names
- Promotes a positive influence in the community and participates in company-sponsored events
- Maintains a clean and stocked workstation according to health and safety guidelines
- Serves as an ambassador of goodwill at customer and public relations functions and appears in publicity photos
- Resolves service problems and monitors guest alcohol consumption using guidelines and notifies management as needed
- Operates cash register/Micros POS system, managing sales and cash handling accurately
- Maintains knowledge of beverage programs, venue offerings, and pricing
- Operates and maintains equipment and utensils following safety procedures
- Prepares for shifts according to prep lists and management direction
- Performs additional duties to promote productivity and efficiency as requested by supervisors or management
