Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age
high school diploma or equivalent
read, write legibly, understand, and speak English
excellent customer service and communication skills
able to count money and change correctly
knows cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
available to work nights, weekends, holidays, overtime as needed
must meet professional appearance standards
physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
able to respond to visual and oral cues
able to work in constricting areas
able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights
able to work at a fast pace in often crowded and noisy environment
physically mobile including ability to push, pull, carry, lift up to 25 lbs
able to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance while performing job duties

Job Qualifications

knowledge of cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques

Job Duties

Prepares and pours drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipes
communicates well with other team members
presents drinks to guests or team members as required
provides fast, friendly, professional service to guests using their names and team members
promotes a positive influence in the community and participates in company-sponsored events
maintains a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines
serves as an ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions
resolves service problems and monitors guest consumption of alcohol using TiPS training guidelines
operates cash register/Micros POS system accurately
accounts for all sales and maintains integrity of financial controls
maintains knowledge of property events, beverage programs, venue offerings, and pricing
operates and maintains equipment and utensils
preps for shifts as directed
performs any job duty needed to promote productivity or as requested by supervisors
