Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years bartending experience
Knowledge of mixology and spirits, particularly tequila, mezcal, and brown spirits
Certification in responsible alcohol service (preferred or required by start date)
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume, craft-focused bar environment preferred
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and spirits, with special emphasis on tequila, mezcal, and brown spirits
Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service (e.g., RAMP, TIPS) preferred or required by start date
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for guest experience, craft beverage culture, and teamwork
Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Duties

Create and serve a range of craft cocktails, classic and modern, with expert technique and consistency
Guide guests through the cocktail menu and provide knowledgeable recommendations on spirits, particularly tequila, mezcal, and brown spirits
Manage bar setup, breakdown, and cleanliness to maintain an inviting environment
Engage with guests warmly, providing attentive and energetic service throughout their visit
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system operations accurately
Uphold all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
Assist with inventory counts and restocking of spirits, wines, beers, and supplies
Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktail specials and menu innovation
Collaborate with servers and barbacks to ensure smooth, efficient service
Maintain a polished appearance and represent the Ballers brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
