Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred
- knowledge of food and beverage safety standards
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- strong customer service orientation
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greets guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly manner
- take drink orders, use prescribed recipes, and follows established portion controls
- maintains bar in appropriate set-up and cleanliness
- accepts payment/makes change as needed
- works in harmony with Cocktail Servers to meet guest service guidelines
