- ability to work part-time hours
- customer service experience
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- must be able to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

- previous bartending experience preferred

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- knowledge of beverage preparation and cocktail recipes
- attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area
- maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily
- guide guests on their beverage journey through descriptive selling of the menu
- be accurate in order taking, confirming all special requests
- understand bar details to enhance conversation
- work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- assist guests with concerns and guide them to a resolution
- finalize experience through timely and accurate bill presentation
- requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits
- maintain stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables
- mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard ingredient recipes and practicing portion control
- input orders into a register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest
- lock up and store all beverages, food, and equipment items
