Job Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Minimum 1-year bartender experience
- Alcohol service certification
- Food service certification
- Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift and carry 50 - 75lbs
- Ability to stand and walk in confined space for entire shift
- Manual dexterity to use and operate food and beverage equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Completion of bartending school or bartending and mixology certification preferred
- Minimum 1-year bartender experience in a similar role, size of operation required, hotel experience preferred
- Alcohol beverage servers certification required
- Food handlers certification required

Job Duties
- Provide guests with exceptional service through genuine engagement and thoughtful attentiveness
- Prepare beverage orders, generate checks, and handle payments efficiently
- Maintain daily organization of the bar, ensuring all products are stocked and readily accessible
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages
- Reduce spoilage and waste through efficient productivity methods
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of refrigeration, storage, and work areas
