Job Duties
- Take, mix and serve drink orders
- interact with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
- record all sales using the appropriate register and follow all cash handling procedures
- maintain cash bank, guest checks and process all guest payments according to established procedures
- complete open, close and side duties including cleaning tables, stocking supplies, washing and stocking glassware, assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area
- maintain a clean and organized bar area
- follow all safety and hygiene standards
- provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times
- perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management
