Job Requirements
- Be of legal age to serve/sell alcohol according to all state and local laws
- Completion of any legally required state or local training and obtain required certificates
- Ability to perform all essential duties satisfactorily
- Knowledge and compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety laws
- Knowledge and compliance with dress code
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Ability to operate and clean concession equipment
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 60 pounds, and perform related tasks
- Must abide by breaks and meal period regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion or progress towards completion of cast certification program as a cast member and concessionist
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- Good public speaking and listening skills
- Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
- Ability to identify problems and take action
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to set priorities and achieve objectives
Job Duties
- Preparation of all alcoholic beverages as per company directions
- Knowledge of and adherence to all laws and legal obligations regarding the serving of alcohol
- Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Knowledge of all coupons and on-going promotions
- Knowledge of and promotion of Crown Club Program
- Exceptional guest service skills
