Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or related hospitality role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Adherence to alcohol service laws and company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of liquor brands, wine varieties, and beverage preparation
- Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Job Duties
- Take and prepare orders for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and light meals
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of bar outlets and equipment
- Greet and serve guests courteously using suggestive upselling techniques
- Monitor and refill bar supplies including ice, glassware, and mixes
- Handle cash and secure assigned bank accurately
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of bar, equipment, and guest areas
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and handle complaints professionally
