Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or more bartending experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of state and federal alcohol service regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to stand for long periods during events

- Six months or more experience bartending
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
- Bartending school preferred
Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, uniform and interaction with co-workers
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus
- Serve alcoholic beverages following all state and federal regulations
- Learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine, and spirits
- Pour drinks responsibly according to company serving size standards
- Check guest IDs to verify age requirements
- Communicate cut-offs to guests as necessary
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed
- Request additional product and restock as required
- Handle cash accurately and maintain issued bank
- Maintain clean and sanitary work station
- Set up and break down bar equipment
- Assist with cooler organization
