Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of a Point of Sales system
- Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends
- Must be able to work in a non-air conditioning outdoor environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Must pass drug test and background check
- On-the-job training is not provided
- Must be able to manipulate fingers, hands, and arms to perform bartending tasks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to identify signs of intoxication and serve alcohol responsibly
Job Qualifications

- Prior bartending experience in a resort, club, or upscale dining environment preferred
- Knowledge of a Point of Sales system
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Communicate with members and guests using clear, enthusiastic words, tone, and body language
- Work with the Club's personnel to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service
- Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws
- Mix liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
- Prepare appetizers such as pickles, cheese, and cold meats
- Ring food and beverage orders into the computer before preparing them
- Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in agreement with the Club's standards
- Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- Serve alcohol responsibly
- coordinate with all servers/team members to identify the signs of intoxication
- Place current bar tabs in front of guests at all times
- Learn members' and guests' names, occupations, and favorite drinks to make the Club a special place for them
