Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or more bartending experience
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours

Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus and provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following state and federal regulations and company procedures
- Learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine, and spirit products
- Pour drinks responsibly according to company serving size standards
- Check guest's ID to verify minimum age requirement for alcohol purchase
- Communicate cut-off to guests as required
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations, contact management or security if needed
- Contact management when decisions exceed bartender’s scope
- Request and restock products as required
- Handle cash accurately and manage bar bank
- Maintain clean and sanitary work station and ensure clean bar equipment
- Perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with cooler organization
