Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Six months or more bartending experience
  • Ability to handle cash accurately
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellent guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards
  • Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide described service
  • Serve alcoholic beverages following state and federal regulations
  • Learn and suggestively upsell various beer, wine, and spirit products to guests
  • Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards
  • Check guest IDs to verify minimum age requirement for alcohol purchase
  • Communicate cut-off to guests as required
  • Respond to customer requests or concerns
  • De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed
  • Request additional or restock product as required
  • Handle cash accurately and be responsible for issued bank
  • Maintain clean and sanitary workstation and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
  • Assist with set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and cooler organization
