Job Duties

Demonstrate ability to meet company standard for guest service interaction and uniform standards
follow bar pre-shift notes and menus and provide service as described
serve alcoholic beverages following proper procedures and compliance with state and federal regulations
learn and suggestively upsell various beer wine and spirits
pour drinks responsibly according to company standards
check guest IDs to verify minimum age requirement
communicate a cut-off to guests as necessary
listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security when required
request and restock products as needed
handle cash accurately and maintain bank at bar
maintain clean and sanitary work station and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with cooler organization
