Job Duties
- demonstrate ability to meet company standards for excellent guest service interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations
- learn and suggestively upsell various beer wine varieties and spirits to guests
- pour drinks responsibly according to company standards for serving size
- check guest IDs in accordance with regulations to verify legal age
- communicate a cut-off to guests as required
- listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed
- request additional product or restock as necessary
- handle cash accurately and maintain issued bank at the bar
- maintain clean and sanitary workstation and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
- assist with setup and breakdown of bar equipment and cooler organization
- perform other duties as assigned
