- knowledge of state and federal alcohol regulations
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle cash accurately
- availability to work nights weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Duties
- Meet company standards for guest service interaction and uniform
- follow bar pre-shift notes and menus for beverage service
- serve alcoholic beverages following state and federal regulations
- learn and suggestively upsell beer wine and spirits
- pour drinks responsibly according to company standards
- check guests' IDs to verify minimum age requirements
- communicate a cut-off to guests as required
- listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed
- request and restock products
- handle cash accurately and manage bar bank
- maintain clean and sanitary workstation and equipment
- perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and cooler organization
