Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or more bartending experience
- Knowledge of alcohol service regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company and regulatory standards
- Verify guest IDs according to state and federal alcohol laws
- Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Upsell beverage products by suggesting options to guests
- Manage intoxicated guests by de-escalating situations or contacting management/security
- Assist in setting up and breaking down bar equipment and organizing inventory
