Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- six months or more bartending experience
- ability to handle cash accurately
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- knowledge of state and federal regulations for alcohol service
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to de-escalate difficult guest situations
- physical ability to stand for long periods
Job Qualifications

- bartending school preferred
Job Duties
- meet the company standard for excellent guest service interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations
- learn or have knowledge of various beer wine varieties and spirits and suggestively upsell products to guests
- pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size
- check guest's ID in accordance with state and federal regulations to verify minimum age requirement
- communicate a cut-off to a guest as required
- listen and respond to any customer requests or concerns
- de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
- contact a management member if unable to resolve a situation
- request additional product or restock product as required
- handle cash accurately and be responsible for issued bank at the bar
- maintain clean and sanitary work station and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
- set up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with organization of the cooler
- perform other duties as assigned
