  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
  • Accurate cash handling skills

  • Bartending school preferred

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
  • Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
  • Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations
  • Learn or have knowledge of various beer, wine varieties and spirits available and suggestively upsell products to guests
  • Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size
  • Check guest’s ID to verify minimum age requirement for alcoholic beverage purchase
  • Communicate a cut-off to a guest as required
  • Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
  • De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security as needed
  • Contact management if unable to resolve or decide beyond standard decision-making
  • Request additional or restock product as needed
  • Handle cash accurately and maintain issued bank
  • Maintain clean and sanitary work station and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
  • Perform other duties such as set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with cooler organization as required
