- Six months or more bartending experience
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-directed in team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
- Bartending school preferred

Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
- Serve alcoholic beverages following state and federal regulations
- Learn and have knowledge of various beer, wine, and spirits to suggestively upsell products
- Pour drinks responsibly according to company serving size standards
- Check guest’s ID to verify minimum age requirements
- Communicate cut-off to guests as needed
- Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
- Contact management if unable to resolve issues outside decision-making scope
- Request additional product or restock as required
- Handle cash accurately and be responsible for issued bank
- Maintain clean and sanitary work station and ensure bar equipment is well maintained
- Perform other duties such as set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and cooler organization as required
