Job Requirements
- Six months or more bartending experience
- Accurate cash handling ability
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and long hours

- Bartending school preferred
Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service interaction and uniform standards
- Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to provide service
- Serve alcoholic beverages according to state and federal regulations
- Learn and suggestively upsell beer, wine, and spirits
- Pour drinks responsibly per company serving size standards
- Verify guest identification for alcohol purchase compliance
- Communicate service cut-offs to guests as required
- Respond to customer requests and concerns
- De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
- Request additional product or restock as needed
- Accurately handle cash and maintain assigned bank
- Keep work station and bar equipment clean and sanitary
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and organization of cooler
- Perform other assigned duties
