  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and long hours

  • Bartending school preferred

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service interaction and uniform standards
  • Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to provide service
  • Serve alcoholic beverages according to state and federal regulations
  • Learn and suggestively upsell beer, wine, and spirits
  • Pour drinks responsibly per company serving size standards
  • Verify guest identification for alcohol purchase compliance
  • Communicate service cut-offs to guests as required
  • Respond to customer requests and concerns
  • De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if necessary
  • Request additional product or restock as needed
  • Accurately handle cash and maintain assigned bank
  • Keep work station and bar equipment clean and sanitary
  • Assist with set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and organization of cooler
  • Perform other assigned duties
